Your Tasks
- Carrying out minor repairs to rectify technical faults quickly and efficiently.
- Removals, preparation and follow-up of workplaces
- Recording and forwarding defects in our rental space and commissioning tradesmen's services
- Supervision of remodelling measures in coordination with internal and external departments
- Support with events
- Building and occupational safety
- Support with ordering and stocking supplies
Your Qualifications
- Successfully completed technical vocational training
- Technical understanding and experience in planning the deployment of employees from external companies
- Commercial understanding with reference to ordering and equipment stocking is an advantage
- Very good German language skills
- Good to very good PC skills, including MS Office applications
- High degree of initiative, sense of responsibility
- Hands-on mentality
