Max Müller is an Attorney-at-Law specialised in intellectual property law and part of HOFFMANN EITLE's trademark and design practice group.
Max advises national and international clients in all areas of intellectual property law with a particular focus on trademark, design, competition and contract law.
During his law studies at the Friedrich-Alexander-University Erlangen-Nürnberg, his personal interest and primary focus was already on commercial and intellectual property law. During his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Nuremberg, he worked for a law firm in the field of intellectual property as well as for a chair of civil law at the university.
Before joining HOFFMANN EITLE, Max worked several years in a renowned German commercial law firm.
In addition to his expertise in solution-oriented, economic advice, Max has extensive experience in court proceedings and litigation.
In his free time, Max can often be found outdoors, playing guitar or traveling.
