Frank Schwalb has been a Professional Support Lawyer at HOFFMANN EITLE since 2016, acting as a vital bridge between legal expertise, operational practice and strategic knowledge management. With a strong passion for organising and structuring knowledge, he ensures HOFFMANN EITLE’s extensive expertise is accessible to teams, enabling them to focus on their core strength: delivering efficient, top-tier legal advice.
Frank’s role involves developing, maintaining and enhancing knowledge databases that centralise critical information on legal developments, procedures and best practices. He creates and updates standard documents and closely monitors changes in case law and legislation, ensuring the firm’s teams remain well-informed. Drawing on his IT background, he contributes to the integration of cutting-edge legal tech tools to optimise workflows, boost efficiency and uphold HOFFMANN EITLE’s high standards.
Outside of work, Frank brings his analytical mindset to his hobbies. A former referee for the German Football Association (DFB), he also enjoys films as a devoted cinephile, has a love for retro video games and enjoys translating them.
