Your Tasks

Support in connection with the introduction and use of numerous eBilling correspondence portals
Support in connection with the central administration of our clients’ basic data and of special instructions for managing our work processes
Creation of reports based on the data collected in the firm’s IT systems using Crystal Reports
Support in the development of the intranet based on Confluence/Atlassian
working closely with our development and system administration team as second level support and maintaining a close dialogue with our users

Your Qualifications

Completed vocational training in the IT field and/or comprehensive professional experience in the relevant IT field
Very good communication skills
Solution-orientated, independent approach to work
In addition to German, we also require a good knowledge of English
