More and more people are being drawn to HOFFMANN EITLE thanks to the passion, determination and creativity we show on a daily basis. Our international team already has 450 employees and is growing continuously. Our international intellectual property law firm is looking for a student to join us as an assistant in the Human Resources Department for 8 to 10 hours per week alongside their studies.

Your Tasks

You will support our international team in the Human Resources Department and your main duties will include working with our employee time tracking system and processing documents relating to new employees. You will also be responsible for general filing and administrative tasks. These include, for example, organising HR-related documents, creating welcome packs for new employees or congratulatory letters to employees celebrating special anniversaries with the firm as well as collecting signatures from partners.

You should allow 8 to 10 hours per week for this position (flexible by prior arrangement).

Your Qualifications

As a Student
You are ideally at an early stage of your studies as we are looking for a longer-term collaboration. You should also have an affinity for numbers and organisational processes. Reliability, precision and a very good command of German are essential. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes is also a must.

As a Person
You would like to experience the exciting atmosphere of an international intellectual property law firm and live out your passion for teamwork. You are a quick learner, able to independently and reliably complete the tasks entrusted to you following in-depth training.
