Training Course on European Patent Law
The Euro Law Conference is preceded, on June 2 – 3, by our Summer Training Course on European Patent Law. The training course is open to a limited number of participants and will be interactive. It will focus on practical guidance for dealing with patentable inventions (including AI- based inventions), disclosure issues, drafting pitfalls, patent prosecution matters, appeals, patent litigation and oral proceedings at the EPO as well as the UPC. The participants will be invited to a training course dinner hosted by HOFFMANN EITLE on Monday, June 2, at the Max Emanuel Brewery.
