Life Science IP Seminar - June 25 to 27, 2024

Join us in Munich this summer for our Life Science IP Seminar on June 25 - 27, 2024! This seminar is aimed at an audience with substantial prior knowledge of patents and IP in the life sciences and pharma area. The topics we will focus on this year include:

EPO case law and best practice
First experiences with the UPC
SPCs – case law and future developments
Litigation topics and EU competition law
AI in the world of pharma

In addition to the educational sessions, this seminar provides valuable networking opportunities. We have organised an evening trip on the second day to the Lenbachhaus Art Museum with a private guided tour followed by dinner at the museum.

We offer a greatly reduced rate for in-house attendees. Please register as soon as possible and no later than May 17, 2024.

For in-house / general counsel, there is a standard attendance fee of €550 + VAT
For private practice, there is a standard attendance fee of €1050 + VAT
