In the December 2010 issue of the journal Chizai Kanri (English title: Intellectual Property Management), issued by the Japan Intellectual Property Association (JIPA), Dr. Marc Dernauer und Dr. Clemens Tobias Steins, attorneys-at-law of HOFFMANN EITLE, report on important court decisions of the German Federal Court of Justice (the German Supreme Court in civil matters) and the German lower courts rendered in 2009 in patent infringement matters, patent license matters and matters of patent ownership.
