Life Science IP Seminar - Munich, Germany

For more than two decades, HOFFMANN EITLE hosts the Life Science IP Seminar every two years at its Munich office. The seminar addresses current topics in intellectual property protection for life science inventions and is widely regarded as an important forum for staying up to date with recent developments. It is characterised by the participation of a large number of experts from both industry and the legal profession.
Lisbon Patents & Standards Conference - Lisbon, Portugal

The first edition of the Lisbon Patents & Standards Conference will bring together leading practitioners and decision-makers from across the European UPC and patent community, including judges of the Unified Patent Court, in-house counsel, and private practice attorneys, to discuss key developments shaping litigation strategy under the UPC system. As a new forum dedicated to UPC practice, the conference will focus on the practical realities of litigation before the Unified Patent Court.

14th Intellectual Property and Competition Forum - Munich, Germany
23 - 24 June
The 14th IP & Competition Forum, organised by OxFora, brings together a senior international audience of judges, representatives of patent offices and competition authorities, in-house counsel, academics, and practitioners. This year’s theme, “The Global Patent Chess Game: International Patent Strategy in a Fragmented World Order,” reflects the increasingly complex strategic and jurisdictional considerations shaping global patent practice. Over two days, the programme will address developments across key areas of IP and competition law, including injunctions, FRAND and SEP licensing, forum shopping, parallel proceedings, patent quality, competition law, and cross-border enforcement.
