Your Tasks
- Handling application processes through suitable recruiting measures
- Placing job adverts on suitable channels, pre-selection of applicant profiles and applicant management, coordinating appointments and conducting interviews after training
- Supporting the HR department in day-to-day operations
- Administrative tasks such as drawing up contracts, statistics
- Contact person for employees and applicants
- Collaboration on HR projects
Vos qualifications
- Completed commercial training or business studies
- First professional experience in human resources and recruiting
- Good PC skills (MS Office)
- Ideally experience with the personnel information system Personio
- Very good German language skills and good English skills
- Ability to work independently, good communication skills and service-orientation
