Michele Baccelli is an Italian and European Patent Attorney and partner in the electrical engineering practice group.

Over the years, Michele has been advising clients on strategic aspects of patent protection, with his practice ranging from assessment of patent portfolios to supporting licensing negotiations and counselling both in the preparation for litigation and during litigation itself. He further represents clients before all instances of the EPO including in opposition proceedings. Having worked on a large number of projects for patent proprietors, technology users, and start-ups, in addition to his primary focus of large corporations, he draws on a wealth of varied experience in his daily work.
