Your Tasks

As part of a firmwide transformation project, a new Intellectual Property Management System based on Salesforce has been selected. We are looking for a Salesforce Configurator to participate in shaping the industry by participating in a leading-edge project and become a leader in the industry. Your tasks would include:

Own the Salesforce solution for the company, data & integration architecture
Provide consulting and coaching around best practices in Salesforce administrator, configuration, and implementation to enhance user experience
Evolve the inhouse Salesforce to keep HE one of the best international IP firms
Manage multiple stakeholders across the whole organization and work with associated team members to understand requirements, facilitate business process analysis sessions, and develop technology solutions for these problem
Identify project issues/risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve them

Your Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience with technical implementations
Ready to learn and bring best practice
Advanced experience with Salesforce configurations
Strong presentation and communication skills
Ability to coach others and lead a smaller, internal team
Fluent German and English skills are essential
University degree
