Tassilo - Paving the Way for Patents in New Technology
As a patent professional since 2010 Tassilo Dannecker has focused on the prosecution of patents in the fields of telecommunications, software, and semiconductors before the European Patent Office, EPO, as well as the German Patent Office, GPTO. A main focus of his work is pushing the boundaries of patent law in the area of computer-implemented inventions, CII, and new technology.
Before joining HOFFMANN EITLE in 2014, Tassilo was working as a patent professional for a multinational corporation based in Switzerland working in the field of power semiconductor technology.
Tassilo conducted research as a physicist at the University of Michigan, USA, and University College Cork, Ireland, receiving his Doctorate in the field of semiconductor technology.
When not working he likes to free his mind while running and going on exciting trips with his family.
